  • Why do I see sub orders in my order history?

    Any order you place on the site may contain items from different vendors. This implies that your order may have more than one suborder; these are shipped by the vendors separately.

  • Why do I receive my order in many parts?

    Any order you make can contain items from many vendors, these suborders are handled by each vendor individually. That is why your items are delivered in parts.

  • What if I get my order in a damaged/bad condition?

    The sellers are careful not to damage your orders after packaging and shipping them for you. If your order happens to be damaged, you can inform the seller and us to get return merchandize authorization from the seller to return the items.

  • How long will it take to ship my items?

    Your items should reach you in 3 weeks. If you haven’t received your items in this span of time, please contact the seller immediately.

  • Can I purchase without registering? 

    Yes. When you purchase an item you will have the opportunity to register as a new user, login as a returning user or purchase as a guest.

  • Do I need to do anything after I receive the items?

    You can login to the system, go to 'Orders' section and update the status of each sub-orders (if any) to 'delivered' after you get your items in good condition.

  • I am a seller. How will I sell my products through your site?

    To be able to sell your products through you need to first register with the site as a Seller.

  • Can I sell the products free of cost? Are there any charges?

    There is no listing fee or monthly fee. The current commission is 7% if you use mi-made.com's PayPal account or 5% if you use your own PayPal account . The commission is applied only when a sale is complete.  If you use your own PayPal account you will be invoiced monthly for the commision.  If you use mi-made.com's PayPal account the commision will be deducted from the payment we send the seller.

  • How will I receive the payments for my delivered orders? 

    When using your own PayPal account you are paid at the time of the sale directly into your PayPal account.  If you choose to use our PayPal account you will receive payment each month for you sales.

  • Can I ship items in an order partially?

    No. You can’t ship items separately. You need to ship all the items in one order or cancel it.

  • What if some of my items don’t fit in any of the categories listed?

    If your items don’t fit into any of the categories on the site, you can request that the administrator create the categories you need using the ‘Mail Admin’ section. If the categories are relevant, the administrator will add them for you.

  • How will I display my portfolio to the users?

    You need to have a html portfolio page designed for publishing on the site. If you have any images on the page, please make sure the image urls are complete otherwise they will not load properly.

  • Do I need to pay to register with the site as a seller?

    No. Sellers can register for free. The sales commission is per order after you receive them through the site.

  • How can I become an affiliate of your site?

    You can become an affiliate by registering under the Affiliate Section

  • Are affiliates paid after registration?

    You will be paid for the purchase you refer to us. We pay 5%of the purchase amount, as affiliate commission.

  • Will I receive payments for the lifetime purchases from my referrals?

    No. You will be eligible for payments from the first purchase.

  • When will I get the payments?

    We pay our affiliates monthly after 30 days of the month’s end. A minimum of $100 is required for payout and the unpaid balance will be rolled over to the next month.

  • Do I need a website to become your affiliate?

    No. You don’t need a website to become our affiliate. All you have to do is get an advertising url from the Get Url page of the affiliate section. When you are finished, ask your friends to register using your url.

  • Where can I get the urls for publishing?

    Login to the Affiliate Section of the page and go to the ‘Get URL’ page. You can email or select the banners and/or urls from this section to advertise on your site.
